2020 Program dates: call for information
Sessions take place for six weeks, for one hour and forty five minutes online per week.
Program time: 1.75 hour group session (6-8 people)
Program cost: $580 for 6 session program. Treat yourself to better health and self-image!
PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ALL SESSIONS.
MATERIALS COST IS $50.00 WHICH INCLUDES:

Partial insurance reimbursement possible: Insurance usually pays $15-20 per group session, so you may get $90-120 back from insurance. We will give you a superbill to submit to insurance.
How do I pay?: We use Ivypay (a secure HIPAA compliant payment platform), so you can pay with debit or credit card (let us know and we will send you a payment link)

- In TRIM-LIFE, you will learn mindfulness, relaxation and powerful hypnotic techniques during 1.75 hour weekly sessions, and digital recordings you will listen to as homework. The goals are to help you to reduce stress eating, abandon yo-yo dieting and overcome food addictions
- Every TRIM-LIFE participant receives a workbook, book, along with CD or digital recordings. These will help to reinforce your healthy new lifestyle choices at home.
- Mindfulness and relaxation techniques allow you to change the inner programming that can make long-term weight loss a challenge. Our TRIM-LIFE program can also help you identify and release feelings that promote cravings and unhealthy eating behaviors. Identify what you are truly hungry for, and to work on attracting that into your life.
- As TRIM-LIFE facilitators, we use hypnotherapy to help you 'shrink' your stomach to its normal size to help you feel satisfied with smaller portions. Hypnosis can also help you eliminate the desire for unhealthy foods. Hypnotherapy is used to disempower the triggers for binge-eating behavior in your subconscious mind.
